Property Assessments - What We Offer
We’re pleased to offer free property assessments to help clients understand the current condition of their outdoor spaces and how we can best support their needs.
Our assessments typically include:
Turf Health Evaluation
We inspect the overall state of the grass, looking for signs of stress, disease, or pest activity. This includes both large and small turf areas across residential and commercial properties.
Property Size and Layout Review
We assess the size and scope of the property, including complex commercial spaces with medians, curbs, and landscaped parking areas.
Pest Activity Check
We look for common exterior pests that affect turf and building perimeters, such as ants, grubs, crickets, and other surface-dwelling insects.
Sod and Soil Condition
For newly sodded areas or lawns showing signs of trouble, we assess root health, moisture levels, and other factors that may be contributing to poor performance.
Our focus is strictly on exterior pest control and turf care. We do not provide indoor pest services.
Our goal is to provide a clear, actionable overview of your property's needs and offer tailored service recommendations.
